Kanban method One of the technology companies recently updated its brand, and is working on updating its marketing materials as well. Stand-up meetings : It is important for the team to meet - every day - in a short meeting ranging from 15 minutes to put together a summary of what they worked on, while reviewing the problems and challenges they faced that require quick intervention and immediate solution. Board Tracking Project Progress Whatever way you track your project progress - whether through a whiteboard, posters, simple notes, or specialized software to measure performance - you need a specific, centralized way to see how far the race is progressing. Teamwork : Appropriate conditions or an environment must be provided for the team to work together. This is an essential part of rapid marketing.
